Delete your account

You can request deletion of your account and personal data by email, even if you have already uninstalled the app.

Send a deletion request

  1. Email us from the address associated with your account, if possible. Include your account email or phone number with its country code so we can find your account.
  2. Our support team will verify that you own the account before processing your request. If you no longer have access to your registered email or phone, let us know so we can help with verification.
  3. We will confirm when your request has been processed and explain any records that must be retained.
Email a deletion request

Or send your request directly to [email protected].

Do not include passwords, verification codes, payment details or case documents in your email.

What happens to your account and data?

Account deletion removes your access to the app and web account. You can request deletion of the personal data associated with your account in the same email.

Claims, case documents, signed agreements and related records may need to be retained for ongoing legal matters, legal obligations, fraud prevention or dispute resolution. Retention depends on the records and the applicable requirements; our support team can explain what is retained and for how long for your request.

Deleting your account does not withdraw a claim or end an agreement with a law firm. Contact the firm handling your case about those changes.
